James Bennett and his staff have countless years of personal and professional experience in management, homecare and healthcare field. James has over 15 years of personal experience for caring for seniors and in operations management. Our company administrator has nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry and office management.

All of the personal care attendants/caregivers on staff have years of experience caring for seniors in their home or in skilled nursing facilities. All caregivers are carefully handpicked and screened to ensure the highest quality caregiver is selected to become part of the Upstate Home Care Solutions team. In addition, background and reference checks are required for all caregivers.
